Gladys Okoro

C.E.O

Ms. Gladys Okoro is an award-winning Construction/Interior design expert, with over 7 years hands on experience in the Real Estate Development Sector covering the conceptualization and delivery of various Construction and Interior Design solutions in Nigeria.
She is the Founder/CEO and Creative Director of Brookhouse Construction International, a Construction and Interior design company situated at 138 Awolowo Road ,Ikoyi Lagos where she brings to bear a unique interior design acumen in leading a team of Architects, Engineers and other business professionals in the execution of various projects for various individual, corporate and government clients.
Over the past years, Gladys has brought her eclectic style to various projects, including restaurants and bars, modern/luxurious homes, hotel chains and others. She has worked with brands such as Mainstreet Bank, Halogen Securities, Oracle Nigeria, Ogun State Government, IBM and many more to create exquisite designs and finishing’s.
She is an astute business woman, a motivational speaker, a leader in her own right and a mentor to many (locally and internationally), with a strong passion to inspire others to achieve greater things through the humbling story of how she began her business.
Gladys credits her background in design to her success at DW-Muree (an architectural firm) and Afrykey Konsult Limited where she gained experience in management, and an appreciation for luxurious details, quality craftsmanship and a splash of the unexpected. She is also a Certified International Interior Design Professional from the prestigious CEE school of Interior Design, Dubai
She has obtained awards and special mentions with her team of architects and engineers and her designs have been featured in a couple of newspapers including ThisDay and BusinessDay Nigeria, where she was profiled as a “Rising Star” in the design industry.

Olujimi Tewe

C.E.O of The Jimi Tewe Company

Olujimi Olugbenga Tewe is the CEO of The Jimi Tewe Company and a well-recognized voice in the Public Speaking space in Africa. An internationally sought-after speaker who has graced several platforms within and outside Nigeria including the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. He has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential Nigerians and has won several awards for his work done in the personal development space. As a Human Resource Management Consultant, he has been able to garner skills spanning HR Consulting and Generalist HR responsibilities with experience developed across several industries. Through his outstanding performance, Jimi rose to the Senior Management levels in the banking industry after his NYSC (A feat that usually takes at least 13 years of career progression) specifically in United Bank for Africa & Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank). At various times, he functioned as Head of Recruitment, Head of Performance Management and Head of Organizational Development in the banking industry. Jimi is a certified Job Evaluator, Emotional & Social Competence Expert with the Hay Group of South Africa and has attended several training programs covering business management etc. He also has extensive consulting experience having worked with Accenture & Restral Consulting.
As an Inspirational Speaker, Jimi speaks to individuals at events and corporate interventions on several insightful topics which inform and inspire them at the same time. Some of his clients include MTN, Access Bank, GT Bank, Friesland Campina, and Cardinal Stone Partners etc. Beyond speaking at events, Jimi Tewe has also pioneered several events that have grown over the years- The “7 Star Worker Conference and the FREE Conference- building a mentorship platform where he mentors several working professionals and business owners.
In May 2019, Jimi amongst others developed National Youth Entrepreneurship Empowerment Summit –A youth empowerment and job creation summit, where he shared the podium with the current Vice President of the Federal Republic, Yemi Osinbanjo, Secretary of the Government of the federation, Boss Mustapha and Managing Director of UBA, Mr. Kennedy Uzoka.
As a Workforce Engagement Specialist, he worked with several organizations in designing and implementing interventions that have strengthened staff commitment towards goal achievement and re-orientation. Jimi’s training ensures that each client’s unique need is assessed and that solutions are designed to meet that need. This approach is reflected in every initiative he has been privileged to drive.
He has facilitated various training programs for several organizations from various sectors including financial services, oil & gas, real estate, government, manufacturing etc.
Jimi also has excellent communication and facilitation skills and has handled several strategy sessions and company retreats for staff at all levels.
As a Coach, Jimi Tewe is a Member of American Association of Career Coaches and Resume Writers and his strong passion for seeing emerging careers and businesses grow into institutions has resulted in him coaching young CEOs and working professionals towards achieving and even surpassing their goals. In addition to coaching individuals, he has also been involved with designing career coaching interventions for corporate clients.
Jimi has authored 7 books, some of which are: Think, Get Employed, Pillars of Career Success, Free from corporate slavery, Getting a good job, Where did all my money go? And Purpose book.
Jimi is married and blessed with two children.

Kehinde Iroche

Legal Adviser

Kehinde Iroche graduated from the university of Benin in 2006 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2008. He began his legal practice with one of the top law firms in Lagos, Nigeria, where he honed his advocacy skills and got exposed to the intricacies involved in commercial transactions and dispute resolution. He is also an associate of the chartered institute of arbitrators, UK.

Kehinde expanded his frontiers of legal practice by going in-house first as legal director to a sport’s administrative agency and then as assistant company secretary in a tier 2 Nigerian bank. While on the job, he acted as company secretary to several subsidiaries of the group, advising on corporate governance structures and company law practices. This enabled him, as an in-house counsel, to develop his corporate governance and company secretariat practice.

With a yearning for continuous self-improvement, Kehinde branched out into mainstream corporate banking where he developed his finance and business development skills. While in corporate banking, he managed diverse client relationships in the fast-moving consumer goods sector; advising them on suitable financial products and offerings for the growth of their business. He also advised on transactions running into hundreds of millions of naira, enabling him further strengthen his business development, credit analysis skills and data mining knowledge.

Upon leaving the banking industry, he had a brief stint as head of legal in a real estate development company, where he successfully reduced the litigation debt profile of the company through the introduction and use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, particularly mediation and negotiation. He was also exposed to the various financing models for real estate developments and was involved in the negotiations and documentation for the financing model of a project valued at n3.321 billion.

Kehinde is keen to employ the leadership, business analysis, networking and management skills gathered over the years in the resolution of client business challenges. Armed with over 11 years professional experience spanning across the legal, financial services and real estate industries, Kehinde has obtained significant experience, knowledge, business exposure and relevant skills fit for success in today’s fast paced and diverse world of law and business. A believer in innovations and everything innovative, Kehinde is eager to deploy creative and bespoke solutions – designed for today’s innovation driven eco-system – to meet the varying needs of the growing number of entrepreneurs and startups.
Kehinde has a keen interest in sports (running, basketball and soccer), and is enthusiastic about the development of the law and business of sports in Nigeria. He is currently serving as the chairman of the appeals committee of the Lagos state football association and a member of the board of numerous businesses.

Martins Awe

General Manager

Martins Oluyinka Awe is a Business and strategic communications specialist. He holds a Bsc. in Marketing from the prestigious Covenant University and He is currently studying for an MBA at the University of Lagos Akoka whilst his professional experience spans nearly a decade in various Leadership roles in Sales and Marketing Management. He has worked with various brands in Automobile, FMCG and Service industries in various capacities. Prior to joining Brook House International, He has worked as Sales and Marketing Operations Executive, Finance and Insurance Manager, Channel Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Logistics Manager at different National and Multinational companies such as FORD Credit, Jaguar Landrover, BMW, Morris Garages , Rolls Royce(All in Coscharis Group), GAC Motors, HotCots & Motsons Ltd, Niji Group and Dangote Group( Dansa).

In line with his previous Job roles, he has worked with various teams to successfully manage and deliver several business projects profitably and with his wealth of experience in business analytics and management, he brings a well cultured savvy to BrookHouse as he teamplays to fulfill its organizational goals.

Funsho Olowu

Head of Project Management

Mr. Olowu Funsho is an adept and delivery focused professional with over six years of experience in structuring and managing projects in Housing and Real estate sectors, with an exemplary understanding of Project Management, Feasibility Studies & Development Appraisals.
Funsho is an alumnus of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University where he graduated with a Masters in Architecture.
He is also a certified Project Manager (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. Funsho is interested in Project finance; he is a candidate at University College London to study Infrastructure Investment and Finance.
He has also been involved in Funding Strategy, Monitoring, and Controlling for several large-sized and complex projects.
